Payment Information

We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription, such as the card brand, the last four digits of the card number, the expiry date, the billing name and country, and the transaction reference.

Service Data

We collect data you enter into the Service, including equipment details, refrigerant information, service logs, and compliance records. This data is essential to providing refrigerant tracking and compliance reporting.

PWA Quick Entry Data

When technicians submit service logs via the QR code PWA, we collect the technician's name, phone number, and service details. No account creation is required for PWA submissions.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
